Estimation of Boundary Shear Stress Distribution in a Trapezoidal Cross-Section Channel with Composite Roughness

چکیده
The estimation of boundary shear stress distribution in a channel is challenge some hydraulic or environment investigations. A new partition model trapezoidal cross-section prismatic with composite roughness has been introduced based on concept standardized using the “zero-shear stress” division lines. Based this model, an “equal local-region velocity” assumption, which can be regarded as improvement Einstein’s (1942) proposed that discussion mechanism energy transfer and velocity at two sides dividing line. This assumption along empirical treatments have employed to establish method estimate side-wall bed. Comparisons show applied cases provides better prediction performance compared other methods.
